Adrian Hernandez is the founding shareholder of Adrian Hernandez & Assoc., PC.  He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has worked in Houston since 1976 as a tax and accounting professional, serving a broad range of business enterprises.  Adrian graduated from the University of Houston where he earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Adrian and his wife have been married for 43 years and have three grown children and three grandchildren.     

Veronica Mayer joined Adrian Hernandez & Assoc. P.C. in the spring of 2015. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the American Bar Association. Veronica holds two degrees from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting and a Master's in Professional Accounting. She also holds a Doctor of Jurisprudence from South Texas College of Law. Veronica worked for Ernst & Young, LLP for over ten years. During that time, she advised publicly traded companies and private businesses, specializing in tax compliance and consulting in the federal, state and international tax areas. In her spare time, Veronica enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
